Founded in 1960, our school was the first in Montreal to offer Montessori preschool education in a nurturing and stimulating environment. It moved to our current location in 1972, and in September 2007, a new building was constructed to accommodate students in all 3 primary cycles.
Our mission is to help our students succeed in all areas: academic, social and physical. Our highly qualified teachers are passionate about education and knowledge, and about motivating children to reach their full potential!
Culture has a special place at our school. Every month, students take part in a cultural, scientific, artistic or sporting outing or event: an OSM show, an outing to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, a trip to Ottawa and Quebec City, and so on.
4 periods of physical education are offered each week.
Students go out 3 times a day to nearby parks to enjoy nature and get moving!
We offer a wide range of activities from 4 to 5:30 p.m.: chess, badminton, basketball, theater, dance, private piano or violin lessons, robotics, science, choir, cooking and more.
